Comfortable air-conditioned rooms with ample space and a fantastic breakfast👌. the terrace offers a wide variety of delicious food options. the staff here is exceptionally friendly and attentive. the location is fantastic and convenient, just a short stroll away from everything.

The breakfast was amazing and on the roof top, the staff was nice. The whole room was well decorated and air conditioned and had central heating, TV set, and tea and coffee making facilities. The location of the hotel was marvellous and fantastic - at a moderate distance from Barcos de Nemi Museum.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room had central heating. There was multi-channel television. Coffee/tea making equipment was provided in the room. Breakfast included lots of food options like cereals, fruit, and cheese. The staff was friendly. The location was beautiful.

Amazing rooftop breakfast with lake view, knowledgeable and multilingual owners, clean rooms with mosquito nets, soft towels, and WhatsApp communication. Beautiful garden and fruit trees. Exceptional hospitality, personalized breakfast for our son. Big, comfortable, and clean rooms. Diverse breakfast with fruits, vegetables, pastries, and homemade cakes. Already planning our next stay.

Had the pleasure of staying at a charming place with a beautiful garden, free parking, and a lovely terrace. The concierge service was helpful, and the free WiFi was a nice touch. Best part? The continental breakfast, so many delicious options to choose from!
Was so disappointed to leave this wonderful place. It's a shame I couldn't stay longer and enjoy everything it had to offer.
